Letter from the Chief Executive

I am delighted that you have chosen to find out more about Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) and the exciting job opportunities we are offering.

LMH commenced a £300m investment programme in our homes on 1st April 2008 – the day the organisation launched. As promised, LMH and our valued contractor partners were able to get our improvement programme off to a flying start. This is Liverpool’s biggest investment in housing but it’s the day-to-day contact we have with tenants and our partners that will ensure we succeed. We have a massive responsibility and we need to ensure that our staff team guarantee that standards and targets are met.

Our goal is simple; to improve housing services so that more and more of our tenants can have pride in their homes and neighbourhoods. Help us achieve our goal.

We are now recruiting a number of posts across LMH and as a team we are looking for well motivated self-starters who are equipped to help LMH deliver an excellent service to all our customers.
