Tenants have been instrumental in developing a strong set of values which are at the heart of LMH and tenants will continue to play a crucial role in all the important decisions taken by LMH.

Underpinning everything we do are our core values:

• LMH will be open and honest and operate in a mutual way. It will strive to be the best it can be, for the benefit of everyone.
• LMH will endeavour to deliver quality services in the knowledge that it is providing homes for life. LMH will be preserving social housing in Liverpool for the future generations.
• LMH is unique in that it is tenant-led. We are improving people's lives and are fully inclusive in the way we operate. Our aim is to improve local quality of life and remove any barriers which exist.
• LMH is for the whole of Liverpool. It is a social housing organisation with properties in all areas of the city.

At LMH we actively encourage tenant and leaseholder involvement. Tenants and leaseholders can join one of our work groups, attend local meetings or help local area board members in monitoring service delivery and the performance of contractors.
